Jackson was arrested and booked in the early hours of June 9 before being released later that day on $50,000 bond. The reported allegation involved Jackson trying to take a phone from a woman after he believed she was filming him.
PFR, citing NBC4 Los Angeles, reported that investigators found scratch marks on the alleged victim's arms. No felony charge is now expected, but the legal matter has not been closed.
