The Las Vegas Raiders signed third-round defensive end Keyron Crawford, putting the No. 67 overall pick from the 2026 NFL Draft under contract before training camp.
The Raiders announced the move Sunday from Henderson, Nevada. The club did not disclose contract terms in its announcement, so the useful confirmed details are the transaction itself, Crawford's draft slot and the production profile that made him part of Las Vegas' defensive front plans.
Crawford Signs Raiders Rookie Deal
Crawford is listed by the Raiders as a 6-foot-4, 253-pound defensive end. He spent the 2024 and 2025 seasons at Auburn after transferring from Arkansas State, where he played from 2022-23.
Across 47 college games, Crawford totaled 116 tackles, including 72 solo stops, 24 tackles for loss and 11.5 sacks. The Raiders also credited him with three forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, two passes defensed and one interception.
His most complete college season came in 2025, when he started all 12 games for Auburn and finished with 36 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, five sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, one pass defensed and one interception. The Raiders cited PFF in noting his 43 total pressures ranked fourth in the SEC.
Auburn Edge Joins Las Vegas Defense
The 2024 Auburn season was quieter statistically: 22 tackles and one tackle for loss. His Arkansas State stretch supplied the earlier pressure numbers, with 58 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks over two seasons.
Crawford set career highs at Arkansas State in 2023 with 44 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks. The Raiders also noted his Memphis background and his senior year at Briarcrest Christian High School, where he was named regional defensive MVP after recording 78 tackles and 14 sacks.
For Las Vegas, the signing is a roster-process marker as much as a depth-chart headline. Crawford gives the Raiders one more drafted rookie formally in the building and adds another edge defender to sort through when the pads come on.
