Emre Can converted a late penalty to give Borussia Dortmund a 3-2 Bundesliga win over St. Pauli after Dortmund had let a two-goal lead slip.
The Dortmund crowd cheered when the referee announced that video review had confirmed Pauli Ricky-Jade Jones fouled Maximilian Beier inside the penalty area. Can then scored from the spot to settle the match.
Dortmund had gone ahead through Julian Brandt and Karim Adeyemi, with the goals coming either side of halftime. Jones and James Sands answered for last-placed St. Pauli, briefly putting the visitors in position for a valuable point in their fight against relegation.
Bayern Rally Past Leipzig 5-1
The win restored Bayern Munich's 11-point advantage over Dortmund after Bayern scored five times in 38 second-half minutes to beat Leipzig 5-1.
Romulo turned in David Raum's cross to give Leipzig the lead after a dominant but wasteful first half, with Jürgen Klopp watching in his role as Red Bull's head of global soccer. It was the first time Bayern had trailed at halftime in the Bundesliga this season.

Jamal Musiala came off the bench late for his first Bayern appearance since breaking his left leg at the Club World Cup, then celebrated with the Bayern fans after the final whistle.
Hoffenheim Beat Leverkusen As Mainz Fall
Wouter Burger scored with an audacious free kick as Hoffenheim beat Bayer Leverkusen 1-0, strengthening its unexpected push for Champions League qualification. With Leverkusen appearing to expect a cross, Burger curled the ball into the top corner from a wide angle.
Back-to-back losses left Leverkusen sixth. Nathan Tella was helped off by medical staff, and Mark Flekken limped off after an hour after appearing to jar his knee while making a save. Hoffenheim has lost once in the Bundesliga since October.

Hamburger SV missed several chances in a 0-0 draw with Borussia Moenchengladbach, after a week of urgent stadium repairs in Hamburg following damage caused by melting snow that forced its previous home game to be postponed.
