Patriots WR Williams Gains Weight to 193 Pounds Amid Crowded Receiving Corps in 2026

New England Patriots wide receiver Williams is bulking up for the 2026 season. After playing at "185 soaking wet" as a rookie, Williams has increased his weight to 193 pounds.

In 2025, Williams caught 10 of 21 targets for 209 yards and three touchdowns in 17 regular-season contests. The third-round draft pick is now slated to compete for snaps in an already crowded New England receiving corps.

The Patriots' WR room includes Romeo Doubs, Kayshon Boutte, Mack Hollins, and DeMario Douglas. However, there's speculation the team could trade for Philadelphia's A.J. Brown on or after June 1.

If that trade materializes, Williams may face a challenging path to steady playing time and targets in 2026.
