Inter Milan extends winless streak to 4 games, sees Serie A lead cut to 6 points

Inter Milan held to draw

Inter Milan settled for a 1-1 draw at Fiorentina on Sunday, stretching its winless run to four matches across all competitions.

Pio Esposito opened the scoring with a header inside the opening minute, but Cher Ndour equalised late in the second half.

The result leaves Inter six points clear of second-placed AC Milan, who beat Torino on Saturday, and seven points ahead of defending champions Napoli.

Fiorentina moved two points above the drop zone, while eight Serie A rounds remain.

AC Milan and Napoli stay in contention

AC Milan beat Inter in a derby two weeks ago and followed up with a win over Torino, keeping the gap at six points.

Napoli claimed its fourth consecutive victory at Cagliari on Friday, remaining seven points adrift.

Como thrash Pisa to tighten grip on fourth place

Como powered to a 5‑0 win over relegation‑threatened Pisa for a fifth straight triumph, cementing control of the final Champions League spot.

Goals were scored by Assane Diao, Anastasios Douvikas, Martin Baturina, Nico Paz and Maximo Perrone.

Douvikas' 11th league goal made him the first Como player to reach double figures since the 1951‑52 season.

The victory lifted Como three points clear of Juventus, who were held to a 1‑1 draw by Sassuolo on Saturday.

The win came three days after club owner Michael Bambang Hartono died at age 86.

Roma end winless streak

Roma defeated visiting Lecce 1‑0, moving level on points with Juventus and ending a five‑match winless run.

Substitute Robinio Vaz netted his first Serie A goal for the club early in the second half.

Lazio beat Bologna for third straight win

Kenneth Taylor scored twice after the break to give Lazio a 2‑0 win at Bologna, lifting the club into eighth place.

Goalkeeper Edoardo Motta saved a penalty in his third Serie A match, preserving the clean sheet.

The victory marked Lazio’s third consecutive win.

Atalanta recover to beat Verona

Atalanta responded to a Champions League loss to Bayern Munich with a 1‑0 home win over Hellas Verona.

Davide Zappacosta struck before halftime, while midfielder Marten de Roon made his club‑record 436th appearance.
